So if you weren’t already in the know, our sactionals are not the average every day kind of furniture.  Depending on how many bases and sides you have, you can make almost anything you can dream up! So here at LoveSac we’ve decided to pick a different sactional position every week and give you all the information you need to set it up at home!

This Weeks Edition:

The Twister

One of our manager’s personal favorites, the twister puts an unconventional funky twist on the well known loveseat.

What you’ll need for this look:

2 bases

4 sides

Fun Fact:

The twister love seat is inspired by love seats from the early Victorian Period (also known as Tete-a-Tete).  The twister allowed a young unmarried couple to sit and speak with out defying the current social etiquette.  By having each party face another direction and turning to speak there was no chance of physical distractions.  Twisters proven success in separating unmarried couples led to their popularity spanning a century.

So leaping forward a few hundred years we have found an array of new uses for it.    One, it’s a great conversation starter.  Friends and family walk in and immediately want to know what it is.  Which leads to number two.  A great place to have a conversation.  From friends to beloved couples nothing is more comfortable or inviting for a nice long talk than our “Twister.”  And of course, if your home alone, there is no place better to curl up then in the soft , cushy corners of a LoveSac Twister.
